The restaurant consists of two halls:
The grand hall is accommodated 60 people, and decorated in Spanish style with a lively music.
The small banquet hall is on 30 seats with the cigar's zone. 

"CARMEN" is the restaurant of the author's cuisine from the best Spanish and Russian cooks. You can taste as Spanish dishes, such as: the king homon "TREVELEZ", chorizo "IBERICO", precious cheese; as native dishes, such as: salted water-melon.
